Proton Mail (self-hosted bridge)
SOVEREIGN self-host path for Proton Mail: a locally-run Proton Bridge (headless, `synap proton-setup`-provisioned) decrypts Proton's end-to-end-encrypted mail and exposes it as plain IMAP/SMTP on localhost, which this connector polls. This is the alternative to the `mailgun` template's Proton-forward path (a Proton auto-forward rule to a Mailgun catch-all inbound address) — that path is simpler to provision but round-trips mail through Mailgun's servers and only forwards what the Proton account chooses to forward.
