By accessing and using Synap, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Synap provides a "Control Plane" that automates the provisioning, deployment, and management of personal server instances ("Data Pods"). We act as an orchestrator between you and the underlying cloud infrastructure providers.

Your Data Pod

You accept sole responsibility for all content and data stored within your Data Pod. You agree not to use the Service to host or transmit any illegal, harmful, or offensive material.

Security

While we implement best practices for server security (SSH hardening, firewalls), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any SSH keys you add to your instance.

Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly). You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Account Dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may de-provision your Data Pod infrastructure.

In no event shall Synap, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
